If Anything, Let Me Succeed

Haze happens to be a flexible and useful person with a rich and diverse background. She is found selling all there is to sell to earn a living after all, for her it was clear there was no other way - I am an orphan. Yet, she lived a great and vibrant life for a person of her age selling tickets for this and that event, serving at a restaurant or two, and walking fashion runways for income to afford life in the capital.

Haze never failed to be impressive to friends - it is all she has. What's awkward she despised sharing details of her upbringing. That remained a can of worm she would not dare open for no one at this point - all she knew was get this done, get that done then secure way ahead. Of nature charismatic if not charming, Haze is nothing short of positive attitude and hands on. Off to college, Haze is found reflecting on how to make it in the capital. During summer, her life looks like nineteen thousand euros at the bank, bills to be paid, and an upfront adult life to deal with.

Life had started to look a little different past summer with fall upon Haze just as bills to be paid, work, and balance are top of her agenda. It is now obvious things such as dating became a subject to exchange on, balancing between work and studies are pressing matters, and turning away from a fun life was no option for Haze.

Haze bid farewell to high school successfully where her primary services were considered to be somewhat oustanding at the restaurant, got credit for being remarkable at work, and her graduation reminded her of why talking of her upbringing was not a good idea. Her walks for fashion runways, although occasionally, brought in enough thousands of dollars to clear her bills. On top of this, she earned trust and gained support along with her. Often, she shared apartments to contain cost and allowed room for savings without cutting fun activities - foreign travel, camping, and hiking.

Life at this point was ever expanding and nothing wrong with this at all. Yet, Haze had it in her to capture that it was best to get a clear picture of how life looks like a decade from then. This unfolded the checklist way - get a hold of what brought in most cash, secure walks at the fashion runways for a considerable while, guarantee a high profile restaurant job, and establish a support network. It was 'argh attitude' when a flash of dating thought often crossed her mind.

Just like that, a customer walks in Lavender and Co. - a lavish restaurant with high profile client list. Luxury is well defined in this restaurant, comfort is above standard, and the menu just did justice leaving no room for complaints. He chose to be in the center of the restaurant where he had rich and diverging views. He didn't find all required to call on his order. Few minutes after his arrival, he finds himself projecting an air of immediate attention. 'Evening Sir, how do I help?' Haze started the conversation. 'Yes, Chance?' he replied. It reads just as that on her name tag. 'Yes, Chance.' Haze added. 'Right. Please, avail me with options to order online, thanks!' the client requested of Haze. That option was availed to him and he got immersed in the experience. Just on time before his departure he didn't fail to converse briefly. He provided Haze with his card to cover cost incurred that night. It read, Elsworth Smith - Haze found that name quite attractive but of no importance and Jim, her supervisor, took notice of that. This was her first night serving at Lavender and Co. But Jim didn't hold it wrong against her. Instead, he encouraged her to open up and free herself from all sort of worry. Sir Smith took off. This night left a mark on Haze.

Her supervisor Jim Hughes works to raise three kids - Martin, Sarah, and Princilia. His wife - Claire off to a foreign country for work. He had worked with Lavender and Co. for over fifteen years now. This had Haze feel quite secure of her workplace. Something she couldn't wear off was the fear of failing to deliver to such high profile clients. Equally, this turned out to be exciting for what this exposure has to offer in terms of benefits - high profile clients can lead to great opportunities.  This is justified because it happens to harmonize with what she is enrolled for, administration and management. Lavender and Co. was great enough to consider earnings. Haze didn't fail to attend to her walks for fashion runways still.

Jim's wife Claire is a remarkable accountant caught up with clients' investment abroad and at home. Martin, Sarah, and Princilia look up to their parents with much warmth and pride. For whatever reason, Sir Smith is not a stranger to Claire.

It happened to be a night or two before winter that Lavender and Co. was full of its regular. Haze was in that night serving Sir Smith just as Claire walks off past them. 'Oh! El, is that you?' Claire expressed herself with an air of astonishment. 'C. Bennett?' Sir Smith replied confidently. 'Absolutely' Claire added. Jim Hughes on the other hand caught off guard but remained charming. Just like that, that night turned out to be a new beginning for all of them. All kept a professional front with a balanced personal touch to it. Sir Smith carried forward with his experience but did not fail to allow for a rich conversation before he left. Haze is now known as Haze Chance to Sir Smith who happen to be an above standard investment banker with a much private life. This conversation led Sir Smith to close in on his interest for investment in Lavender and Co. with extensive benefits to Jim and Claire. Goodwill is real, indeed - Jim called in Haze. Haze happens to be just right on time and at the right place with the right people. This broadened Haze's horizons, no doubt.

Sir Smith helped with rapid expansion of Lavender and Co. and Haze was awarded with ticket to heaven - managerial position at Lavender and Co. was now within reach and a safe long-term investment with reliable and stable partners.
