Call her Hellen, 24, of corporate and caring tendencies has but one goal - to get hired. Mind that she is of managerial expertise lacking practical experience. It gets interesting after interviews at various agencies she is left to confront her lack of hands-on experience. It is not uncommon either to be part of this lot after all, others are facing such challenges and countless pulled through. Quick to her latest, her option to volunteer to the International Committee of the Red Cross happens and offers the leap to get a hold of hands-on experience in managerial context. Adding to talent and hardwork that Hellen already features, this experience came through to expand her horizons leading to higher calling. Consulting turned out useful and later on, she got on with partner options to leap ahead. 
Est is onto a worthwhile path in use of conventional and non-conventional options leading to a more distinguished if not refined profile at the elite heights. Before all, he is seen to adhere to a platform to get certified for his readiness for market helping leap forward with tremendous advantage. In the process of this, Est takes advantage of the internal accelerator to advance a project of his own attracting relevant prospects.
