Just as youthful as mid twenties sounds, Leslie Jones is on the path to conquer the world but with what skill? Get it known if you like but this happens when I just got off a swimming career and, for a fact, it is public that in the athletics earning gold medals for five consecutive championships is an achievement that I boast. Now, retirement is looming and motherhood takes a front. Of us, Jane and Luke have seen light of day pre and post athletics era.

Carl Jones is a committed member and partner to a renowned logistics union in Chicago. To all around him, he is no less than a true partner of the union. He fights for common interest and he doesn't shy away from hands-on work. If unknown, it is important to note that on transit, invaluable loads go through Chicago having trillions of dollar weight on the economy of the United States of America.

From Jane, call no less but a child with  a grand plan - travel, sport, and more. It is accurate to hold that, travel isn't that much a concern as Carl and Leslie have that covered for their children. Moreover, to be honest Jane's sporting interest didn't level that of her mother but reached the extent of consistent visits to her home based gym area to mind her health. To this point nothing less could be said of her. Her brother Luke is just twelve months old and last born if her mother's words held meaning. This comes off Jane's eavesdropping on her parents private talk unintentionally while seeking for audience to discuss her intent to start her quest to earning a living. Well, her parents are interested and invested in their children's future. Carl is somewhat elsewhere while he joined in to let her daughter express her concern over going through her mid twenties doing something relevant in her. Leslie to Carl appeared more pressed to see to it that her daughter followed through with her mindset in that moment.

Do hold that, Leslie is no different from those who faced challenges in concern with her shift from high school swimming team to national swimming team. It didn't bear much meaning to her father Bassett who lived off from ownership of restaurants and bars other than his pension from government job he long held. Just as, her mother Faith didn't think becoming a national athletes in swimming category could help her achieve the level of success they presumed her to become. When this might sound like they had no concern for their children, Bassett and Faith Millers had it otherwise. In fact, they are the kind of parents who would go to the length to provide and protect their child, Leslie Millers Jones. Do get it that Leslie Millers Jones had and has that mindset that make things happen irregardless of challenges. That's the champion she became even when it appeared she went against the norm. In fact, in so doing she turned into the leader that took breadth in her from childhood. '5 times, next?' Yes, who would have thought she'd be that. 

It is now clear that Leslie Millers Jones has an open mind to all situation but restrains herself from ill ways. Carl and Leslie would go hand in hand in support of their children, first and would allow Jane to attempt to become who she'd want to be. That's the spirit. 

Jane to Luke, I'm not sure about dad's support for attempt has nothing to do with all there is to be. Certainties are there just as uncertainties are. Yet, Leslie Millers Jones is proof of difference and, I am no different. 'Please, do understand that engaging in enterprise and much of it lead to exposure to tremendous risk' argued her father as if motivated by the need to test his daughter's resilience. The most impressive bit of her plans is her recognition of intended plans were to be partial failure, emerging plans were to lead to a broader range of options, and real plans are to be put to good use to their success. Her diligence alone is her strength let alone her creative prowess.

Jane led onto registration of Hanchor's Hold in the private sector at first, in promotion of women to add on to hope for gender balance in the capital market. In her, it was her resolve and resilience that is to be said attractive in all aspects. Her retention of called upon in-demand workforce came through off the ground and got on just right on time to mobilize and extend to an adaption of her father's logistics union to broaden her horizon and revenues now concrete and called in for long term in second line of her plans. In third, all started to fall in place with less efforts as her real plans began to take shape and her vision aligned with ease to the team's various interests. 

'Yes, luck or return on luck?' is reflection of what Jane had turned into for it became difficult to tell whether or not her parents came up with her plans. In fact, no. Others close to her understood that her appreciation of her parents work with diligence added onto that appreciation exposed her to enough options to have her able to do the unexpected. For her, alignment is all there is if success is to be achieved that's if well financed companies were to be put front as learning materials before launching a brand to be called an entity of value - financial backing is relevant but alignment cannot be ruled out.
